The staff in general is very responsive and competent. The executive queen room is bright and has an individual safe, climate control, and a minibar. It is equipped with a bath, which is a bonus❤
No issues.

The room is fully-equipped and brand-new and essentials you need, including television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe, is right there. The bathroom is large and the bed is comfortable.
Not obvious to find!

We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a large and sunny room on the third floor.

The hotel met our expectations. We were traveling as a group of 8 motorcycles and we were allowed to store the bikes in a secure location. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of choices.
We had a little trouble locating the hotel.

The hotel has two wings - one old and one new. You do not want to stay in the old one, but they will probably offer you only the old rooms ... Also the wellness-area was closed when we were there. There is no way for a wellness-hotel to close the wellness area without prior notice!

Nice design hotel, with lovely staff, ample parking, restaurant right next door (open till 22.30) and good breakfast - especially to Italian standards - and free spa entrance included in the price.
Regretfully - as in most hotels - hard mattresses and we couldn't open a window as there was just a door to a gallery in our room.

Stayed in a perfect single room with a balcony, TV, and convenient shower facilities. the hotel's location next to public transportation, a grocery store, and tourist attractions made it very convenient. - It was a relaxing base for my business trip.

The hotel was clean and nice enough but I wouldn't expect it otherwise since it was a 4* hotel. The room was rather spacious and so was the bathroom. I liked the breakfast. Usually, I would say that it was a standard and enjoyable breakfast, but after my stay in Italy, I can tell that their standards are much lower than in other countries I've visited so if you go by Italian standards, I guess it was excellent and especially the choice was really wide. All in all, it was a good hotel.
Two things that I find very important during my stays is Internet connection and parking. As for the first one, there weren't any problems with the connection except for the fact that there is no wi-fi and you need to use a cable (which you can get at the reception) which makes it a little uncomfortable. As for the second one, there is a parking in front of the hotel but I don't know if it belongs to the hotel and there is no underground parking (which means the car is not protected from the sun heat and from thieves). What I found really surprising was that the air conditioning wasn't very strong. You don't really sweat from the heat but I would appreciate my room a little cooler. One more thing - there is supposed to be a wellness at the hotel and you even pay extra money for the room that includes access to it. But it was closed (and we still payed the money...)
